Account Deletion Process
We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your TrakMiles account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
⚠️ This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your trip data, mileage records, vehicle information, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will remove:
- Trip History: All recorded trips, routes, and mileage data
- Account Information: Your email, name, and profile data stored in Firebase
- Subscription Data: Your subscription status and billing history reference
- Vehicles: All saved vehicle information
- Settings: Your app preferences and configurations
Note: Data stored locally on your device will be deleted when you uninstall the app. Backups stored in your personal Google Drive will remain until you manually delete them.
How to Delete Your Account
Cancel Your Subscription (if applicable)
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play first to avoid future charges.
Export Your Data (optional)
If you want to keep a copy of your mileage records, use the Export feature in the app to download your data as PDF or CSV before requesting deletion.
Submit Deletion Request
Send an email to support@trakmiles.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your TrakMiles account.

Request Account DeletionCancel Your Subscription First
If you have an active TrakMiles subscription, cancel it through Google Play to avoid future charges:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find TrakMiles and tap Cancel subscription
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
